1. Course Enrollment

By enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Course Fees

All course fees are due upon registration. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Course Completion

To receive certification, you must complete all course materials, including theory, exams, and videos. You must achieve a pass mark of over 70% on all assessments.

4. Certification

Upon successful completion of the course and passing all assessments with a mark of over 70%, you will receive your certification.

5. Insurance Coverage

It is the responsibility of the learner/customer to ensure that they have adequate insurance coverage when purchasing one of our courses. We are not responsible for any issues arising from lack of insurance coverage.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The course content is owned by E-Rejuvenation Ltd director Leanne Power. Customers are permitted to use this content for the purpose of their course. However, customers are not permitted to copy, share, distribute, or otherwise disseminate course content without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

E-Rejuvenation Ltd is not responsible for any damages or harm suffered by a customer because of using our services.

8. Course Updates

We reserve the right to update course content at any time. If a course is updated after a customer has purchased it, the customer will not be entitled to a refund, and the updates will not affect the customer’s progress in the course.

9. Technical Requirements

Customers are responsible for meeting the technical requirements necessary for accessing and completing the course. It is not the company’s responsibility to ensure that your Information Technology software meets our company’s website requirements.

10. Legal Interpretation

Course notes and training cannot be relied upon for legal interpretation. The trainer/company accepts no responsibility for the actions of clients, or those of other people reading the course notes, or responsibility for any loss incurred using relying on the course content.

11. Intellectual Property

E-Rejuvenation Ltd reserves the rights to its design, text, images, and materials used, including its website. Use is not permitted and must not be copied in any way.

12. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate a customer’s access to a course in the event of improper use or misuse of our services.

13. No Refunds or Transfers

All sales are final. No refunds will be given under any circumstances. Courses are not transferable to another person.

15. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions will be posted on this website immediately.
